During the last 15 years we have incorporated meny dishes wich are brouht
to the table over a very hot stone (liks). These hot stone allows to the
coustumer to cook the meal as much as he wants, so the meal is hot all the
time. Some of the meals cooked on the hot stone are: sirloin of veal, sirloin
of oxl, brest of duck, monk-fish, cod-fish, green asparragus and assorted
of vegetables.
Other meals also popular are snails,"escudella barrejada"
(soup with pasta,meat, and vegetables), " xató" (local salad), duck
cooked on the oven with prunes and rice with lobster. There ara also meals
form the season like musroom in autum amd calçots and artichoques
in winter.
